I am a graduate of Gwinnett Technical Institute with a degree in Commercial Photography. I specialized in portraiture and commercial work, but always loved people! I love making people laugh and get a rush from making them look and feel amazing- it makes for great photography! Don't be surprised if you see me acting a fool or telling bad jokes to get you comfortable with me, it kinda comes natural.
No, I haven't been shooting since I was 5. No, I don't have some life changing story about how photography came into my life- I have always had an interest in art and found that I was best at photography. I knew I loved being artistic and being home with my kids. I found photography suited both of those needs and haven't looked back! I am constantly learning new techniques and trends as well as getting to know new people and making new friends. I am a self-procalimed 'blog stalker" and enjoy spending my mornings with a cup of french vanilla coffee, hopping around design, photography, business, and mommy blogs.
Things I Love:
- spending time with my husband watching "Bones" and "L&O: SVU", and Modern Family
- being mom to my two boys who give me plenty to shoot and lots of exercise (and good thing, cause I don't workout!)
- peanut butter M&M's, juicy steak, white wine, and long Sunday afternoon naps.
- pretty stationery, notecards- I have every wedding invite I've ever received
- photos of my family, even the bad ones. I love flipping through albums and even scrapbooked for awhile
- Pinterest!! It is my new addiction!
